This is an internal tool for Suffolk Group. It is not a Microsoft or Microsoft 365 service.
What we store
Account email and name, hashed passwords for this app only, employee directory fields, leave entries, routes, and scheduling notes that managers enter. Password-reset emails go to the account address when someone asks for a reset link. We do not collect Microsoft account credentials or payment data.
Who can see it
Approved Suffolk Group managers after they sign in. The public employee directory lists names, work phones, locations, and job titles only.
Cookies
Sign-in uses a first-party session cookie on this hostname so you stay signed in on this device. There are no advertising or Microsoft cookies.
